"The Kova in Fawn Boucle was delivered on April 3. I sat on it for an hour and had boucle marks all over my legs. I am paying the exorbitant return fee because I just can't fathom sitting on this couch for years. Also note, the arms on the couch are super high. Also, wish on reviews it had buyers write what color because it’s so nice to see pics, but not if you can’t tell which color they chose. The couch is super comfy. It was easy to put together with another person. Honestly the multiple boxes was the most annoying thing for tearing them up and recycling. That took me as long as putting couch together. "Love my Kova box cushion with grand corner! I’ve had it about a month and it is beautiful and comfortable! I got the chenille and it’s very soft. It’s HUGE! Yes I knew what the measurements were before ordering, but seeing it in my room is different. Luckily, we have a big room. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t turn the seat cushions over. We got the sectional during a holiday sale, so it was affordable. I hope it holds up to wear and tear, but so far, we are very happy with it and recommend."

Uncomfortable

"I’ve had this sofa for about two months now and thought it was going to break in and get comfortable with use? I feel like I’m sitting on a hard play mat. My butt gets numb after sitting through a tv show. Any time we lay on it the cushions separate. Not only that but loose threads everywhere. We bought it on sale and wouldn’t recommend even at discount price."

Comfy but Frustrating

"The couch is super comfortable and easy to clean but delivery was a headache and it is NOT resistant to pet hair. We went with the performance fabric which was supposed to keep hair off, but it constantly collects and shows fur and fuzz. I like it but the cleaning all the time is very frustrating."

If i choose the washable fabric, is the entire couch washable? Including the back rest and the back of the couch
Hi Janet, Thank you for reaching out. The Kova Seat and Back Cushions have zippers, allowing you to remove the Inserts so the Covers can be machine washed if needed. Please note that the Storage Ottoman cushion, unlike the Regular Ottoman cushion, is attached to the Lid and cannot be removed for machine washing. The fabric on the Kova Bases, Arms, and Backs, are upholstered to the frame and cannot be removed for machine washing. We recommend Spot Cleaning, this should address the majority of stains since our Performance Fabrics are Stain & Liquid Resistant.
Do the feet come with protectors to protect hard wood floors?
Hi Morgan, Thank you for contacting us. The Feet of our furniture have plastic/rubber stoppers to prevent scratches on the floor and keep the furniture in place.
Do the actual cushions have a zipper so you can add more down?
Hi Wendy, Thank you for reaching out. All Back and Seat cushions have zippers, allowing you to remove the covers from the inserts for cleaning. You can also add more foam/filling if you prefer the cushions to be firmer.
What is the best fabric for the Kova sectional for cats who like to claw furniture?
