"Excellent quality. Firm support. Great style and appearance. Assembly was a little difficult, but got it done with help from the video instructions. Fabric swatches I got before ordering the sofa and chair very accurately match the actual furniture material. Overall, very pleased!"
"So many good qualities about the Lido 75. It is built well, sturdy and quality fabrics and details. But the sofa back is low lacking support for a person's back. Otherwise, a real great sofa."
"I pull not sit on it without the cushions slipping out from under me. My dog was scared to sit on it. Now I’m just out $400 with their return policy"
"We purchased the tan vegan leather Lido sofa with three cushions, and we absolutely love it. The vegan leather is soft, but our dog's nails don't leave a scratch. The cushions are comfortable yet firm enough to hold their shape. Setup was easy because of the excellent design, and we're pleased that the back and seat cushions are unattached so they can be rotated. We agree with others who note the vegan leather seat cushions can slide a bit, but a small rug pad underneath fixes the problem. Highly recommend."
"Very comfortable and steady Color not as expected, much lighter than in the pictures. Material not as good for pets, I have a dog and two cats. Terrible experience with shipment, was very delayed. Although they did give me a refund as compensation for the delayed."
"Sofa is beautiful and very comfortable."
"We love the lido sofa we bought - it is medium firm, which is perfect for us. I would just caution cat owners due to the tendency for their claws to pull out the material"
"We could not be happier with our Lido sofa and chair. They are comfortable, stylish and look absolutely amazing in our space. As a bonus they were easy to put together and our cat loves lounging all over them!"
"Love this sofa, I actually got 2. They look great and are sturdy, the fabric is great quality. The cushions are firm but comfortable and seem to be keeping their shape (I've ok only had bthe sofas for a couple of months). I also have 4 cats. All of them have tried their claws on the fabric and so far, it doesn't show at all. The fabric I chose (denim somtuing. . . ) gathers cat hair but it vacuums pretty easily. The white glove delivery had a few hiccups but I'm still happy with it. The first delivery date was postponed by a few days and the delivery guys didn't pick up my old sofa. I had checked the box for this service on the form the delivery company sent me, but the delivery guys had no trace of that request. t am not sure if I did it wrong or if it's simply not a service included in the fee but if this is important to you, make sure with Albany Park that this is possible beforehand. Otherwise, they delivered, installed, took the packaging and cleaned after themselves really well. They were efficient and super polite too:) All in all, super happy for a purchase of an item that felt risky to do online, especially at this price point."
"CONS: Assembly was not as easy as portrayed in the instructional video. The pieces are heavy and ungainly, and aligning and coupling the metal cleats takes some effort. Once assembled the ends of the cleats are exposed against fabric, so I covered them with electrical tape. Shortly after assembly, some of the stuffing fell onto the floor. PROS: It looks great and seems sturdy."
