If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Return it in like-new condition for a 20% fee, which covers what it costs us to take back a made-to-order sofa. We pick it up, white-glove, on us; you lift nothing. Refunds go to your original payment method once the sofa is back with us.
Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
