Shipping

We offer two forms of delivery: Threshold Delivery and White Glove Delivery.

With free Threshold Delivery, your order will be delivered to the doorstep of your home or lobby of your building, no matter your order's size or value.

If you choose White Glove Delivery, for $149 your order will be delivered to your room(s) of choice, unpacked, assembled, and with all packaging removed.

We deliver to the 48 contiguous states & Washington D.C. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a 20% return fee.

We offer complimentary white glove pickup service for all returns. All you need to do is schedule pickup with our team and have the original items ready.

All returns must be in “like new” condition — meaning no stains, tears, damage, or signs of use, including noticeable odors. Please be sure to include all parts and hardware.
