"First off, do not buy this couch in a boucle’ fabric. After one month, the fabric became rough, scratchy, extremely uncomfortable, and everything sticks to it. You can wash the cushions but you cannot wash the entire couch, which makes the color mismatched. Performance fabric is a joke bc stains do not come out, even with heavy duty cleaner. The back cushions do not hold their shape and the attachment brackets come loose easily. It also smells and never looks polished. I was willing to try another fabric but the company dismissed me when I asked for an exchange. I cannot wait to get rid of it and I highly do not recommend."

"The cushions are way too loose and lose their shape terribly. You sit too far back needing pillows for your back. The fabric attracts lint you can hardly keep on top of. Delivery was awful for the price. Just dropped off 9 boxes and left! For $6000! The size of the couch is why I gave 2 stars otherwise would have given one."

"This couch is roomy and comfortable. It took me years to finally decide on a couch. This one checks all the boxes . . especially pet friendly. The storage ottoman also holds a lot and is a great addition. We love it!!!!"

"The Kova in Fawn Boucle was delivered on April 3. I sat on it for an hour and had boucle marks all over my legs. I am paying the exorbitant return fee because I just can't fathom sitting on this couch for years. Also note, the arms on the couch are super high. Because they are all removeable and changeable, the look is very boxy. I put blankets all over the couch to make it more comfortable until they pick it up."

Kova Sectional

"This sectional took far longer to arrive than was indicated. When the pieces finally arrived, one of the main pieces had a gaping hole in the side of it from a fork lift. I had to buy something else or sit on the floor. They would not refund my money without charging me for return shipping. They finally picked up the damaged parts with shipping people that were rude and borderline mean. The parts that I have are already showing wear and the cushion backs are so thin I can feel the edge of the back cutting into my back. This has all been simply terrible."

"My partner and I LOVE this sofa. It's the perfect size, and it's very comfortable. It was also easy to assemble ourselves, although do keep in mind you'll need to really hit and push hard to get most of the parts in."

On the Demisions one side is like 158 inches on the right side and 122 inches on the left side. Can it be arranged to 122 inches on the right side and 158 inches on the left side?

I love this couch, but was curious if you can customize the size at all. I’d need it to be 158.5 x 98 (or something close to that — 122 is too long for my space!)
