"Love this couch & love the green color! However, I do agree w the other comments regarding the pillows lacking support for the back frame. They could definitely be more plush to allow for that maximum comfy cozy feeling w/o feeling the back frame. "We purchased the Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa 122" in the Sand Performance Basketweave fabric. We also ordered the ottoman to create a sectional look and LOVE it! Not bad, Not great

"Couch is super comfortable, ottoman has tons of storage, and the fabric feels nice. On the downside, it always looks super sloppy as all the cushions don’t stay upright (falling over, scrunching up). The side pillows are too long for the couch when back pillows are in place, and hang off the couch. And the ottoman is taller than the couch, which isn’t what you want (legs go to sleep!), you can even notice this in the promo photos. Ultimately, it’s ok, but I wish I chose something else."

Kova sofa

What is the recommend method to clean the cushions and couch? I purchased the sand basket weave. Can this be put in a washer does it need special care?

We're happy to provide you with some care instructions to help keep your fabrics looking their best. We recommend that you first try Spot Cleaning (this should address the majority of stains): Use a clean, absorbent cloth to gently blot any spills, and avoid rubbing the fabric. Clean with a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water, using a soft cloth or sponge. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before using to prevent mildew or water stains. If unable to resolve, then migrate to Machine Washing: Remove cushion covers and machine wash cold with mild detergent on the delicate cycle. After washing, hang the fabric to dry naturally. Avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinkage or damage. By following these care instructions, you can help extend the life of your fabrics and keep them looking fresh.

Do the seat cushions on the Kova Pillow breakdown over time and become flat, uncomfortable? If so, can you refill the fill to make sure more comfortable?

What does "performance linen" mean? What chemicals are they treated with to make them "performance"? Is the fabric made of 100% linen or is it blended with synthetic material?

We use a C0(Carbon Zero) finish which is a water/stain repellent treatment for fabrics that is free of perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs). C0 is a more sustainable alternative to traditional water repellent treatments, which often contain PFCs that are harmful to the environment and human health. Please note that unlike the regular Kova Ottoman Cushion, the Kova Storage Ottoman Cushion is attached to Lid so the Cover cannot be machine washed.
