On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the softest: The Lido cushions are a 4.5 - plush hypoallergenic filling materials with high-resilience foam; while the Albany cushions are an 8 - medium firm pocket coils surrounded by high-density, mattress-quality memory foam. Of course, with regular use, all cushions will get softer over time.
