Reviews
Love it
"I love this couch. Each seat is so wide, 2 people can sit on it. The velvet material is silky smooth and perfect for being a cat owner, as they can't dig their claws into it and destroy it like they have with other fabrics."
The white glove delivery
"The white glove delivery service was top notch- It's a beautiful sofa. I ordered the boucle box cushion kova. The material is gorgeous. I just wish the cushions were more firm. If you want to sink into the couch you'll love it. If you're looking for a firm cushion I'd recommend looking elsewhere."
obsessed!!
"this couch is SO comfy and keeps its form when you get it! i fluff it once a week but it really doesn’t require constant fluffing, which is exactly what i was looking for! the customer service is also amazing. i made a choice to change my fabric at the 23rd hour and they were so receptive to my change and gave no issues! cannot recommend this couch & company enough :)"
Not worth the money
"For the price we paid for this couch, the quality unfortunately does not feel worth the cost. There are noticeable gaps between each section, and the couch arrived with a tear, which was very disappointing. I had heard so many great things about this company and was really looking forward to our purchase, but unfortunately, it seems like we received a product that did not meet the quality we expected. Based on this experience, we would not purchase from here again."
Meets my needs!
"I love the performance material. My cat throws up hairballs regularly and the mess wipes up clean without scrubbing or effort. It’s also easy to clean off cat hair in general. Very comfortable sofa and I’m happy with my purchase."
Kova Sectional Couch
"This is such a dreamy couch! It’s huge, but so much nicer than we expected. Both elegant and comfortable. Game changer for larger families. Also, cleans very well. I simply take a baby wipe and clear off any dust or dirt."
TERRIBLE QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
"Couch did not arrive as pictured online--cushions are flat and individual pieces are not straight/flat. Cushions also arrived dirty. . . And this is because I had the white glove delivery service. The customer service experience was horrendous and they did not compensate me accurately for the many issues I had. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!"
Great sofa
"Excellent value sofa. Comfortable, seems sturdy, and looks great. I was very happy with the customer service."
I love!
"I love! I tried the performance fabric and did not like it. I returned it and bought the chenille fabric. I love the couch so much! Great customer service! I’d recommend Albany Park to everyone! It’s so comfortable."
Different than what I expected but in a good way
"I had never ordered a sofa online, sight unseen. Very comfortable, it's like a big lounge and definitely more cozy than my old sectional. Deep seating gives my living room a pillow fort feel. Ordering, delivery and setup was convenient and on-time. Seat cushions don't stay in place as well as I hoped so daily readjustment is necessary. I was nervous getting a cream colored sofa with a large black dog in the house but it's been relatively easy to clean."
