"I actually won this in a Albany Park sofa give away. The company is so nice they sent me swatches to pick my fabric. I chose the High Performance Dark Navy Velvet The delivery guys were so nice and great at assembling the pieces and cleaned everything up. The Sofa & Ottoman is so comfortable that when I stretch out on the Sofa or Chaise, I can barely set 10 minutes I fall asleep. It is so comfortable and pure luxury. The chair is very comfortable as well. I feel so blessed to have been a winning recipient from Albany Park Sofas. Pilling

"Overall I really love many aspects of the sofa. It is comfortable, easy to clean per Albany Park's instructions. Unfortunately, many of the cushions have bad pilling already. We have only had the couch for 5 months and it looks like we have owned it for years. For reference, we have 3 people that use the couch, and we generally only use it at night time after our busy days are done. To spend this amount of money on a couch, the fabric should hold up better to every day use. We have the chenille in oyster. I am regretting the fabric we chose,"

Kova Box Cushion Sofa

"Before I purchased the Kova set, I was a little apprehensive because I had never purchased furniture online before. When the set got to my home, I was relieved. The couch is built for family and comfort. It is big enough to fit more than just the standard three people. I can lay on the couch and there is still room for another person. This Kova couch set is everything I was looking for. I will definitely purchase another one and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a couch set."

Would not buy again!!

"I’ve had this couch for 6 months now and I hate it. The cushions slide off everyday. The pieces of the couch don’t stay together and always come apart. The pillows lost their shape so quickly. If I could I would return it. Save yourself the hours of adjusting a couch."

Kova Sofa & Ottoman Love

"I chose the Kova sofa and ottoman based on the sizes offered, the reviews on the coziness and Albany Park's white glove service. I chose the Flax Boucle Performance fabric after ordering a couple of samples and it turned out to be perfect! The deep pillows definitely provide the promised comfort! Thank goodness I chose the smaller two seater couch over the three seater because of the generous size, and I love that the ottoman can be used on one side or the other of the cushions or right in the middle. Best decision I could have made. The white glove service was exactly as promised too. I am so happy I found Albany Park!"

Worst couch ever

"First off, do not buy this couch in a boucle’ fabric. After one month, the fabric became rough, scratchy, extremely uncomfortable, and everything sticks to it. You can wash the cushions but you cannot wash the entire couch, which makes the color mismatched. Performance fabric is a joke bc stains do not come out, even with heavy duty cleaner. The back cushions do not hold their shape and the attachment brackets come loose easily. It also smells and never looks polished. I was willing to try another fabric but the company dismissed me when I asked for an exchange. I cannot wait to get rid of it and I highly do not recommend."

It is best to use the filter option and click on "Machine Washable" and "Pet Friendly" among the features to view only fabrics with the features you want. Hi there. We are seriously considering a Kova! The $$$ couch we have is only 4 years old but feather like “cloud cushions” started to sag and not recover after about 3 months. I’m concerned kova’s may do the same. We are intentionally buying a couch for its depth and cushion (medium to firm with a sink effect that bounces back up quickly when no one is seated on it.) I saw that you offer warranty replacement. If the cushions loose their buoyancy, would offer replacement?

I’ve had the Kiva Pit in Charcoal since February of 2024. I absolutely love this couch but HATE the fabric. I have had the seat cushions covered for at least half the time I’ve owned it and they are so dirty, they can’t be washed but a vacuum or shampooer won’t cut it. The fabric has disintegrated on the zippers of some cushions, it is wearing thin around the corners, it pills and looks so fuzzy. The metal joints that keep the couch together have started to come loose or don’t properly lock into place. Is my couch a $3800 lemon? I noticed you don’t offer this fabric anymore and completely understand why.

is there a way to make the 86 inch into a sectional with another 86 incher?

The individual Kova pieces attach together underneath the frame using alligator clips, making it easy to connect or separate them as needed.
