ALBANY PARK MAKE IT YOURS DESIGN YOUR DREAM SECTIONAL GIVEAWAY
Edloe Finch LLC, DBA Albany Park ("Sponsor"), is offering the Albany Park Make It Yours Design Your Dream Sectional Giveaway (the "Giveaway") as an Instagram-driven acquisition promotion in support of the Make It Yours campaign. The Giveaway reinforces Albany Park customization by inviting eligible entrants to design a dream Albany Park sectional through Sponsor's standard product configurator, subject to these Official Rules.
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, which are a contract, and by the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Giveaway itself.
1. ADVERTISING ABOUT THE GIVEAWAY: Sponsor may advertise and promote this Giveaway through Instagram, email, SMS, the Albany Park website, paid or organic social media, and other Make It Yours campaign channels. The target promotional launch date for Giveaway advertising is Tuesday, June 9, 2026. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Shopify, or Klaviyo. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor by sending an email to hello@albanypark.com with the subject line: "Make It Yours Design Your Dream Sectional Giveaway."
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in the United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; provided that, due to applicable state registration requirements, the Giveaway is not available to, and entries will not be accepted from, residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida or New York. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, prize suppliers, and any other companies associated with the design, administration, or execution of the Giveaway (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities"), and each of such employees' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, whether legally related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" means spouse, partner, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, in-laws, grandparents, and grandchildren. "Those living in the same household" means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.
3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 06:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends Monday, June 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor expects to close the Giveaway and announce or begin notifying winners by end of day Tuesday, June 16, 2026, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting the dedicated Albany Park Shopify Giveaway landing page and fully completing and submitting the Klaviyo-integrated Giveaway entry form with all required information, including first name, email address, mobile telephone number, and any required SMS consent selections. Entrants must complete the form as instructed. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchase, and entrants should review the consent language presented on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including through multiple or false identities, email addresses, telephone numbers, or automated means, may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without submitting the online form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: "Make It Yours Design Your Dream Sectional Giveaway Entry," Edloe Finch LLC, DBA Albany Park, 6415 Katella Avenue, Suite 200, Cypress, CA 90630. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received within the time reasonably required for winner selection, as determined by Sponsor. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, postage-due, damaged, or misdirected entries will be accepted.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor may require proof that an entrant is the authorized account holder. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. PRIZES AVAILABLE: Three (3) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) custom Albany Park sofa or sectional selected and configured by the winner through Sponsor's standard product configurator, including available frame, fabric, and configuration options, subject to availability and an approximate retail value ("ARV") cap of Five Thousand Dollars (US $5,000) per prize. Total ARV of all prizes is Fifteen Thousand Dollars (US $15,000). If a winner selects a configuration with a retail value above the ARV cap, Sponsor may require the winner to select a different eligible configuration or may otherwise apply the cap in Sponsor's sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: On or about Tuesday, June 16, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number submitted at entry within a reasonable time after the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of delivery of any notice. Before being declared a winner, a potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, and any other documents required by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries.
7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption, equivalents, or substitutions except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Prize details, product options, fabrics, frames, configurations, and availability are subject to change. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for any other fees, costs, or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Because each prize has an ARV over $600, Sponsor may require each winner to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number and complete applicable tax documentation, including an IRS Form W-9. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax form in the name of each winner for the actual value of the prize received. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Prize delivery timing, carrier, and method will be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, damaged, or stolen prize or prize component after delivery.
THE PRIZE IS AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW OR MAY LIMIT DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Subject to applicable law, each winner irrevocably grants the Giveaway Entities and each of their licensees, successors, assigns, and sublicensees the right and permission to use the winner's name, username, voice, likeness, biographical material, city, state, prize information, and any statements made by the winner about the Giveaway or Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with the Giveaway, the Make It Yours campaign, and Sponsor's related products and services, in all forms of media and by all manners now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, approval, or consideration except for awarding the prize, unless prohibited by law.
9. WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, AND RELEASES: By participating in the Giveaway, entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, Instagram, Shopify, Klaviyo, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants agree that the Released Parties have neither made nor will be responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Giveaway or any prize.
Entrants further agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for discontinued prize components, human error, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet, website, application, platform, email, SMS, or other communication services, late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, garbled, or undeliverable entries or notices, or any other errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Giveaway, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. Entrants waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release.
10. SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, OR TERMINATION: Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or correct typographical, printing, computer programming, calculation, or operating errors associated with the Giveaway at any time, including during the Giveaway Period. If Sponsor is unable to continue the Giveaway for any reason, including, without limitation, computer hacking, tampering, virus, bugs, delay or failure to act, bankruptcy, negligence, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war, interference with the Giveaway by any party, applicable law, order, regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, insufficient entries, or any other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and, if possible, award the prizes from eligible entries received before suspension or termination.
11. TAMPERING WITH THE GIVEAWAY: The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Giveaway, including attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage, may be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to damage any website, platform, or entry mechanism or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. ENTRY INFORMATION, PRIVACY, SMS, AND GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATIONS: As a condition of entering the Giveaway, each entrant authorizes Sponsor to obtain, collect, process, and use information provided at entry, including first name, email address, mobile telephone number, SMS consent status, and any information required for administration, winner verification, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and downstream marketing communications, subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, terms of service, and the consent language presented at entry. Information may be disclosed to third parties, including service providers and platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo, for purposes of administering the Giveaway, processing entries, communicating with entrants, complying with applicable laws, fulfilling prizes, and maintaining winner records. Entrants who provide SMS consent agree to receive marketing text messages as described in the applicable consent language; consent is not a condition of purchase and message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications as described in Sponsor's messages, privacy policy, or terms. Entrants acknowledge that personal identifying information may be disclosed to third parties, including without limitation by placing a winner's name on a winner list, as required or permitted by law.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or the Giveaway Entities in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of any other state's laws. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (I) ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (II) ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS (US $10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS (US $10.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The parties agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration, provided that Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in San Francisco County, California and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator's decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. ("JAMS") or any successor to JAMS. If JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days after the filing of a demand for arbitration, either party may elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings involving the claims of another party, including class actions. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
15. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not affect the meaning or intent of any provision. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in Giveaway-related materials, advertising, privacy policy, terms of use, website content, or entry materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Winner list requests must be received no later than July 15, 2026. To request a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: "Make It Yours Design Your Dream Sectional Giveaway Official Rules," Edloe Finch LLC, DBA Albany Park, 6415 Katella Avenue, Suite 200, Cypress, CA 90630 before the end of the Giveaway Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
