Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to absolutely love your Albany Park furniture! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
In order to offer free & fast shipping, reduce waste, and refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 10% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 20% of the paid value. The fee is always capped at $175.
After your returned product is received by Albany Park, we will examine and inspect the product and will make a determination on whether the product is in “like new" condition. If the product is in “like new” condition, Albany Park will accept the return and will credit your original payment method for such product. Refund is subject to applicable return fees.
Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our Lifetime Warranty and are not subject to any return shipping fees. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right. Please note that if we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you decide to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, then the order will be treated as a returned order (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping).

Free Exchanges
Alternatively, if you decide the fabric, cushions or anything else isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time free exchange for an item of equal or greater value (within 30 days of receiving the order and limited to one free exchange per household). There’s no return shipping fee for your first exchange. Get in touch with our team to arrange an exchange and place a new order for the product of your choice.
Lifetime Warranty
We stand by our furniture with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the entire time that you own the product. Click Here for more details.
Please note that our warranty isn't transferable; that is, it can't be extended to cover a re-sold item. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Albany Park Lifetime Warranty.
Return Conditions. Products must be in new condition to be eligible for return (NO STAINS, TEARS, DAMAGES, OR HAVE APPARENT SIGNS OF USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SMELLS). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Albany Park's judgement of the state of the products.
