Different than what I expected but in a good way

"I had never ordered a sofa online, sight unseen. Very comfortable, it's like a big lounge and definitely more cozy than my old sectional. Deep seating gives my living room a pillow fort feel. Ordering, delivery and setup was convenient and on-time. Seat cushions don't stay in place as well as I hoped so daily readjustment is necessary. I was nervous getting a cream colored sofa with a large black dog in the house but it's been relatively easy to clean."

Exactly what I was looking for!

"This couch is beautiful, comfy, deep, and exactly what I wanted. My dog loves it too, and the performance velvet holds up flawlessly to her claws jumping on and off the couch. With the velvet, it does show dog hair and dog slobber pretty clearly, but it is so easy to clean that it’s not a problem. Either vacuum and wipe with a damp cloth, or throw the cover into the wash. I searched for the perfect couch for my life for a while and I’m so glad I landed on this one."

I chose the High Performance Dark Navy Velvet The delivery guys were so nice and great at assembling the pieces and cleaned everything up. The Sofa & Ottoman is so comfortable that when I stretch out on the Sofa or Chaise, I can barely set 10 minutes I fall asleep. It is so comfortable and pure luxury. I WANT TO PUT THIS KOVA IN THE BASEMENT HOWEVER THE DOORWAY ENTRANCE TO THE BASEMENT IS ONLY 30" AND THERE IS A RATHER GOOD SLOPE GOING DOWNSTAIRS. WILL THIS SECTIONAL WITHE CHAISE BE ABLE TO GO DOWN THE STAIRS?
