Incredibly disappointed. Haven’t received couch

"This has been a nightmare. I ordered my Kova Box Cushion couch from Albany park early July and it was delivered end of July, however, when it arrived it was the wrong color and fabric. I was of course disappointed but was assured it would be fixed. I then waited another two weeks after being promised the right couch would be sent to me. The delivery shows up again two weeks later and it’s once again the WRONG color and WRONG fabric! I have called Albany park over 10 times and have gotten nowhere. I’ve been assured over and over that the right couch is coming and on the way but have heard nothing. It’s now September and we have no couch. The level of customer service and proactivity I’ve received from the Albany park customer service team has been abysmal. Absolutely do not recommend this company, stay away. I have paid $3000 for a couch that has been incorrectly delivered not once but TWICE. I still have no couch and no where to sit. I have not been reached out to by Albany park and they frankly don’t seem to care."

"Before I purchased the Kova set, I was a little apprehensive because I had never purchased furniture online before. When the set got to my home, I was relieved. The couch is built for family and comfort. It is big enough to fit more than just the standard three people. I can lay on the couch and there is still room for another person. This Kova couch set is everything I was looking for. I will definitely purchase another one and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a couch set."

How long from ship date is the couch usually delivered? Are you able to schedule the delivery date?

Product pages provide our best estimates for shipping dates. Just click an item and choose a fabric. Once shipped, orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 weeks. You can use the tracking information that will be provided to get a more accurate estimate with respect to transit and delivery date and time. The carrier will also call you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives in your area. You can provide your preferred delivery day to the carrier when they call to schedule.

You can rearrange the pieces to create different shapes and configurations that best fit your space. If you want a Kova couch smaller than the Kova 122" Sofa, you can purchase 2x Kova Corners for a Kova 86" Sofa, or 1x Kova Corner and 1x Kova Armless for a Kova 79" Sofa but one side will have no armrest. Please note that Pillow cushions need occasional fluffing to retain shape, while Box cushions maintain shape without fluffing. What is the leg height? Also can you confirm the seat depth (29 inches) is from the edge of the seat to the edge of the back cushion?

Hello! For the Kova L Shaped Couch, can you change the location of the arm? When facing the couch, I'd like the piece that is 79 inches long to be on the left and armless and put the chair with the arm on the right. Can the chair with the arm be on the right? It doesn't seem so from the photo.

The individual Kova Corner and Kova Armless pieces of the Kova L-Shape attach together underneath the frame using alligator clips, making it easy to connect or separate them as needed.
