- Hi Brandon, Thank you for contacting us. The Kova No-Storage Ottoman seat cushion cover is not attached to the base and can be removed from the Insert for cleaning/machine washing if needed. But the Kova Storage Ottoman seat cushion cover is attached to the Lid of the Storage compartment, the insert can be removed but not the cover.
- Hi - I purchased the Kova Grand Corner + Ottoman in Olive Velvet. It has the pillow cushions. The seat cushions are so flat that they're uncomfortable. You can feel the couch frame when you sit down on the couch. My husband is 6' 3" and weighs 210 - he started putting a folded blanket under the seat cushion to increase the padding. Can I get additional padding or fuller seat cushions? This should not be a problem at this price point.

Fluffing will evenly redistribute the foam and layers inside our Kova cushions and restore its look and feel. It is best to unzip the insert and remove the foam piece that is in between the microfibre blend channels. (When left inside, the fluffing motions are sort of blocked by it.) Fluff the cushion and then place the foam layer back inside. This will also fix any flat/lumps/uneven surface. If the cushions stay flat, they might be defective. We’ll be happy to replace any part of your furniture with brand new pieces at absolutely no charge to you if yours is defective in workmanship or materials. - Trying to decide on width in a condo. The 86" would probably be better and give me more "open" space but I like the 10'". I also like the chaise. I figure if I bought the 101 and it was too visually crowded I could take the middle section and put it aside as a free stianding chair. Have you seen this arrangement
