Don’t hesitate to buy this couch!

"This couch is amazing!! I was nervous ordering a couch online so I read every review and ordered swatches. I paid for the white glove delivery, which was a bargain. The delivery guys took away all the packaging. The couch fluffed up immediately and so, so comfortable! I cannot express how comfortable it is. Only problem is that it’s making me not want to do anything but sit on the couch and not move. Highly recommend this couch and if you’re nervous, don’t be. This is the white “snow bouclé. “ I only wish there was a scotch guard option. I have a cat and two boys but I’m in my risky era."

I am interested in purchasing the 86’ rust cushion kovo sofa. In the picture it looks so small. How many people can comfortably fit on the sofa? Can we purchase an armless chair to add to the sofa. By adding an insert chair does it then make it 122 inches in length? Or should we order the 122’ inch sofa and remove the middle piece to use as a side chair?
Hi Cherrice, Thank you for reaching out. The seating area of the Kova Sofa 86" is 60" x 29" with the back and side cushions in place, or 73" x 36" without them. Our Kova Collection is a Module type of furniture that can be purchased in pre-configured sets or as individual pieces. They can be re-assembled or re-arranged depending on how you'd like. All Armless and Corner pieces attach together underneath the frame using alligator clips, making it easy to connect or separate them as needed.
How do I submit a review? I had a bad experience with my Albany Park purchase and it seems that there is no avenue for me to enter my honest review. The assembly was not easy due to the location and quality of the brackets that connect the back and sides. I still can't get one of the arm pieces on despite pulling with all my strength (I'm 25 and fit) and I was told by customer service that I'm not It is not a defect and I should contact task rabbit or some service to help me assemble. The video makes it seem like the parts just slide right into place but that was not my experience at all. Be aware that the "Customer Review" section only allows positive reviews so people should take into account that there are negative reviews and experiences out there - Albany Park just doesn't allow them on their website and they aren't helpful or supportive if issues arise.

Can three people fit on the 86" cushion Kova comfortably? Would the middle person sink into the crack between the cushions?

The Kova cushions form a tight enough fit in between cushions so the person sitting in between cushions should not sink in.
