"The Kova in Fawn Boucle was delivered on April 3. I sat on it for an hour and had boucle marks all over my legs. I am paying the exorbitant return fee because I just can't fathom sitting on this couch for years. Also note, the arms on the couch are super high. Also, wish on reviews it had buyers write what color because it’s so nice to see pics, but not if you can’t tell which color they chose. The couch is super comfy. It was easy to put together with another person. Honestly the multiple boxes was the most annoying thing for tearing them up and recycling. That took me as long as putting couch together. "Love my Kova box cushion with grand corner! I’ve had it about a month and it is beautiful and comfortable! I got the chenille and it’s very soft. It’s HUGE! Yes I knew what the measurements were before ordering, but seeing it in my room is different. Luckily, we have a big room. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t turn the seat cushions over. Comfy but Frustrating

"The couch is super comfortable and easy to clean but delivery was a headache and it is NOT resistant to pet hair. We went with the performance fabric which was supposed to keep hair off, but it constantly collects and shows fur and fuzz. I like it but the cleaning all the time is very frustrating."

Hello! I have been looking at your Kova sectional. I have chronic lower back pain but love the look of the pillow cushion. Is the pillow cushion option typically “too soft“ for someone with lower back problems? Also, are there slight variations in fabric? I had ordered a swatch of the oatmeal chenille and it looks more grey in person versus the photo online. Thank you.

On the other hand, the Pillow top cushion is all about plush, cloud-like softness, ideal for those who love a sink-in, ultra-relaxed vibe. Both styles are crafted with quality and comfort in mind, so it ultimately comes down to your personal preference for firmness versus softness. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the softest: The Kova Box cushion is a 4.5 while the Kova Pillow Cushion is a 3. Of course, with regular use, all cushions will get softer over time. If you have lower back problems, the better choice would be the Kova Box cushion since it will be easier to stand up from a sitting position. The Pillow cushions also need occasional fluffing to retain shape, while Box cushions maintain shape without fluffing. Regarding the color, all of our photography is done in natural light to ensure that the product and colors are represented as true as possible; however, please keep in mind that screen resolution and home lighting can affect the way colors appear. It is best to rely on the swatches since they are the same exact fabric used on our furniture.

You can rearrange the pieces to create different shapes and configurations that best fit your space. All Armless and Corner pieces are already equipped with the appropriate hardware to connect to each other.
I bought a kova couch a few years ago. The “pillow” cushions are not holding up well. Is there any way I could get the box cushion only? Or do you have any insight besides just “fluff”?

We understand how disappointing that can be and apologize for the inconvenience. Fluffing will evenly redistribute the foam and layers inside Kova cushions and restore its look and feel. It is best to unzip the insert and remove the foam piece that is in between the microfibre blend channels. (When left inside, the fluffing motions are sort of blocked by it.) Fluff the microfibre blend channels and then place the foam layer back inside. This will also fix any flat/lumps/uneven surface.
