"I had never ordered a sofa online, sight unseen. Very comfortable, it's like a big lounge and definitely more cozy than my old sectional. Deep seating gives my living room a pillow fort feel. "I actually won this in a Albany Park sofa give away. The company is so nice they sent me swatches to pick my fabric. I chose the High Performance Dark Navy Velvet The delivery guys were so nice and great at assembling the pieces and cleaned everything up. The Sofa & Ottoman is so comfortable that when I stretch out on the Sofa or Chaise, I can barely set 10 minutes I fall asleep. It is so comfortable and pure luxury. Kova Box Cushion Sofa

"Before I purchased the Kova set, I was a little apprehensive because I had never purchased furniture online before. When the set got to my home, I was relieved. The couch is built for family and comfort. It is big enough to fit more than just the standard three people. I can lay on the couch and there is still room for another person. This Kova couch set is everything I was looking for. I will definitely purchase another one and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a couch set."

Would not buy again!!

"I’ve had this couch for 6 months now and I hate it. The cushions slide off everyday. The pieces of the couch don’t stay together and always come apart. The pillows lost their shape so quickly. If I could I would return it. Save yourself the hours of adjusting a couch."

Kova Sofa & Ottoman Love

"I chose the Kova sofa and ottoman based on the sizes offered, the reviews on the coziness and Albany Park's white glove service. I chose the Flax Boucle Performance fabric after ordering a couple of samples and it turned out to be perfect! The deep pillows definitely provide the promised comfort! Thank goodness I chose the smaller two seater couch over the three seater because of the generous size, and I love that the ottoman can be used on one side or the other of the cushions or right in the middle. Best decision I could have made. The white glove service was exactly as promised too. I am so happy I found Albany Park!"

Worst couch ever

"First off, do not buy this couch in a boucle’ fabric. After one month, the fabric became rough, scratchy, extremely uncomfortable, and everything sticks to it. You can wash the cushions but you cannot wash the entire couch, which makes the color mismatched. Performance fabric is a joke bc stains do not come out, even with heavy duty cleaner. The back cushions do not hold their shape and the attachment brackets come loose easily. It also smells and never looks polished. I was willing to try another fabric but the company dismissed me when I asked for an exchange. I cannot wait to get rid of it and I highly do not recommend."

Nailed the Color, but the Cushions Miss the Mark

"Everyone thought I was crazy when I said I ordered an orange couch until they saw it. The color is honestly stunning. It’s the most beautiful, rich orange and somehow feels bold without being too orange. We get so many compliments on the color and I absolutely love the way it looks in our space. Where it falls short for everyone is the comfort. The seat cushions are much firmer than I expected, and my husband has a hard time finding a spot where he can really get comfortable. The back cushions are probably my biggest disappointment. They don’t feel like they have enough filling in them…like an older pillow that’s lost its fullness. I find myself fluffing and reshaping them almost every day just to make the couch look full and put together again. I genuinely love the style and color of this couch…I just wish the cushions matched how amazing it looks. Softer seat cushions and fuller back cushions would make it pretty much perfect."

My wife and I use our Sactional all the time because it is the only setting we have in our living room- to the point that the cushions are quickly worn. While we know cushions will get worn out eventually What does it mean "high performance suspension"? Does this have coil springs or the standard snake springs?

We have a Three-Year Warranty for the Upholstery and Fill Materials, and a Lifetime Warranty for the Frame and Hardware. https://www.albanypark.com/pages/warranty The Kova Bases have a foam-topped, webbing and spring suspension system. The spring suspension system is a sinuous spring system with webbing that is attached perpendicular to the spring direction.
I bought the loveseat and am now considering purchasing the armless piece to turn the loveseat into a couch. Does the armless piece connect easily between the two loveseat pieces?

Just ensure you pick the same fabric and cushion type as your original order to ensure a perfect match. The pieces can be re-assembled or re-arranged depending on how you'd like. All Armless and Corner pieces attach together underneath the frame using alligator clips, making it easy to connect or separate them as needed. Please note, the Kova ottoman is a free-standing piece and does not connect to the sofa, so you can move it around and use it in various ways.
