"Love this sectional! The pillow cushions are super comfy, the fabric seems really durable (only had it a month though) and the covers wash extremely well. My only complaint/suggestion would be to have the cover on the ottoman with a 360-degree zipper so it can also be machine washable (the only reason this isn't a 5-star review). That being said, I have two big dogs and I choose the oyster white chenille fabric (which was risky on my part but I love it) and even if the fabric gets dirty it does easily wash with warm soapy water. Overall- I'm super impressed with the quality and the free white glove delivery and set up was amazing!"

"I debated on getting this couch for a long time because of mixed reviews but I am so glad I decided to get it. It arrived fast, 2 weeks after I ordered it, and I have only had it for 2 months but so far I can say it is super soft with a slight firmness so you don’t sink in or feel the base, which is perfect for me. I have 3 pets but hair and stains clean up easily. Everyone in my huge family asks about where I got this couch. If you have been debating on getting it, just do it!"

When I moved upstate and changed my color pallet, I bought it in the denim canvas and love it just as much as I loved the green velvet, which now has a second home at my sister’s!!"
Performance Fabric is terrible
"I have had this couch for a little over 2 years and the performance fabric is terrible. It absolutely does not resist stains and spills instead it leaves a dark circle that’s impossible to get out regardless of how we spot treat it. So disappointed in this fabric and how terrible the couch looked even within a few months."
Fabric quality is weak
"The design and comfort is unmatched. However, I’m running into some issues, first there was a tear in the seat cushion that I noticed within a few days. Albany Park was nice enough to send me a replacement. Now I’ve had a couch for just over a month and I’m noticing that the fabric is pulling. I expect pulling from a couch after usage for a year, but it’s been not even two months. Which is so heartbreaking because now I have to plan on replacing all the seat cushions in a year. This couch wasn’t cheap so hopefully the warranty holds up. We are a family with two kids and a dog. The good thing about the fabric is it’s easy to clean up after any stains, but clearly the fabric is not strong enough for a family of our size. I would also recommend getting the white glove service. Shipping took a very long time. They even pushed to reschedule the delivery by a week. Don’t plan on receiving your couch within two weeks. It’s looks more like a month."

"This couch is super comfortable and very spacious. The white glove delivery was so easy and took away the aggravation of setting up the new couch. It is still early so will see how it holds up over time. Only took away one star as the pieces seem to be separating a little too often. Though maybe this would improve if I bought a rug to sit the couch on."

Amazing sofa!
"I love this sofa! Seriously! I have been wanting a sectional for EVER, and after trying one of these out at a friend's house - I was sold. The shipping took a minute, but the company said they were made to order. Worth the wait! I got the white glove delivery service (it was a free promotion at the time I ordered), and those gentlemen were quick and efficient and again, so worth it! One of my arm pieces was the wrong fabric, but I was able to return the piece, and the correct one was shipped out fairly quickly. This sofa is so comfortable. It lets you sink and and just snuggle up. My son and I can both lay on opposite ends of the sectional, stretch out, and still not be touching. I ordered the regular 3 piece sofa, with an additional corner piece, to fit my living room. I am so happy with product and this company!"
