"The white glove delivery service was top notch- It's a beautiful sofa. I ordered the boucle box cushion kova. The material is gorgeous. I just wish the cushions were more firm. If you want to sink into the couch you'll love it. If you're looking for a firm cushion I'd recommend looking elsewhere."

Not worth the money
"For the price we paid for this couch, the quality unfortunately does not feel worth the cost. There are noticeable gaps between each section, and the couch arrived with a tear, which was very disappointing. I had heard so many great things about this company and was really looking forward to our purchase, but unfortunately, it seems like we received a product that did not meet the quality we expected. Based on this experience, we would not purchase from here again."

"I love the performance material. My cat throws up hairballs regularly and the mess wipes up clean without scrubbing or effort. It’s also easy to clean off cat hair in general. Very comfortable sofa and I’m happy with my purchase."

The customer service experience was horrendous and they did not compensate me accurately for the many issues I had. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!"

Different than what I expected but in a good way
"I had never ordered a sofa online, sight unseen. Very comfortable, it's like a big lounge and definitely more cozy than my old sectional. Deep seating gives my living room a pillow fort feel. Ordering, delivery and setup was convenient and on-time. Seat cushions don't stay in place as well as I hoped so daily readjustment is necessary. I was nervous getting a cream colored sofa with a large black dog in the house but it's been relatively easy to clean."
